Environmental Reporting at CERN
CERN aspires to be a role model for environmentally responsible research.
Since 2020, the Organization has produced biennial environment reports designed to measure, understand, and reduce the laboratory’s impacts on the environment.
The Organization’s 4th environment report, covering 2023-2024, was released on 13 November 2025.
